Frequently Asked Questions

What format should my photos be in?
We accept all the most common formats, although JPEG is the most suitable. 150 – 300 dpi is the optimum resolution to ensure the final print is high quality. We will let you know if the image quality isn’t good enough. Please do not supply the images imbedded in a word document. Images need to be supplied as attachments.

Can you scan pictures?
Yes we can, but there is a small cost for this service. Please contact us for details.

How do I supply the text?
You can give it to us in any digital format such as a word document or email. A typing fee will be applied if not supplied digitally.

I don’t like any of the templates, can you help me with a different design?
Yes, you can come in or email us your ideas and one of our friendly designers will work with you.

How much does it cost to work with the designer?
Artwork design time is charged hourly or part thereof. It is charged at $99 per hour inc GST. There is a minimum design fee for each item which is detailed on the pricing list.

Will I be sent a proof before it is sent to print?
Yes, a soft PDF (digital) proof is always emailed for your approval prior to printing. Please carefully check the proof especially all details, spelling and grammar. Once approval has been given the printing process will begin and no alterations will be possible. Please check your junk folder on your emails if you are expecting a proof. Printing will not start until the proof has been approved.

Can I make changes to the proof?
Yes, minor edits in type or color may be made to the first proof. Design, illustration, or color changes and subsequent proofs are subject to extra design time.

Can I have a hard copy proof?
Unfortunately we do not offer hard copy proofs.

Can I design my own and sent it to you to print?
Yes, please supply a HIGH RESOLUTION print ready pdf file AT THE CORRECT SIZE with 3mm bleed and crop marks. If files are supplied incorrectly then artwork fees to make it print ready will apply. Booklets can only be printed in multiples of 4 pages.

Can I supply artwork via email?

Do you print in-house?
Yes we do.

How fast can the job be completed?
Printing booklets, bookmarks and cards – 24-48 hour turnaround from proof approval.*
Stubby holders – 4-5 working days turnaround from proof approval*

Can you print other items?
Yes, please contact us with what you would like and we can work with you to achieve.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, 50 for service booklets, cards and bookmarks or 25 minimum for the stubby holders.

When do we have to pay?
Full Payment is required on collection or prior to dispatch.
A minimum 50% deposit is required on all orders on approval of artwork.

How can I pay?
Instore with cash or card, over the phone with credit card or Bank Transfer.

Can we collect our order?
Yes, you can collect from our Malaga office between 9am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Or arrange your own courier to collect from our Malaga Shop, anytime between 9am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Can you send me my order?
Yes, Perth metro delivery $15 via courier.
Regional Delivery quoted as required either Courier or Aus Post.
Tracking information can be supplied with all orders.

Can you supply Australia wide?
Yes, we can deliver Australia wide. Contact us for a delivery quote and production timeline.
